Hi everyone. First I would like to thank you for the nomination.
I am Lois, known as the female half of raslas in the caching world. I am from Sparta, WI. I am married to Roger, the male half of raslas. I have 2 daughters and 1 stepson and 4 wonderful grandchildren. I am employed as a facilitator at Toro Manufacturing in Tomah, WI.
My first cache was found on Christmas Day in 2006. My daughter got a gps for Christmas and we had to check it out right way. We logged onto geocaching.com and discovered a cache not far from home so away we went!! It wasn’t until 2008 that we became avid cachers and our love for caching has grown since. We enjoy hiding caches, finding caches and socializing with the many great people we meet. Since the majority of our hobbies are outdoor based geocaching fits right in there. For us geocaching isn’t about what we find, it is about the places we discover and the people we meet along the way. We are continually amazed at the things we discover through caching, many times right in our own back yard.
