I am looking for a different GPS to try. I have been using my Garmin Nuvi 550. Am interested in buying something used to try.

This is like asking if a Ford or Chevy is better. We all know the answer to that is Jeep is superior to all.

Many enjoy the Garmin Oregon series. It has a touch screen and paperless capabilities. This is what i have had for the last 4 yrs (~4000 caches). I will not go to Magellan or DeLorme but that is my preference. I think the new Garmin eTrex may have gone to color screen and paperless but I am not sure.

Looks for a lot of replies here plus this topic has been covered a lot over the years if you want to search it out.

I am looking for a handheld Geocaching GPS. I have been using my car Garmin Nuve. It seems cumbersome to use. I went to Gander Mountain to checkout units this weekend. I liked the Garmin Oregon 450.

I am looking for something that holds more caches and provides more detail
