Looking For Water, Soda, Ice, Charcoal Donations

Want to help out with the picnic? We are still looking for donations of the following items:

[*] Charcoal (we need about 4 10 pound bags for the large grill at the shelter)
[*] Bottled water (some people have already said they would bring water but we could use more)
[*] Soda/Sports Drinks (please post/let me know quantities and varieties)
[*] Ice (we also need some large coolers for the donated beverages, so if you could bring ice in a cooler, that would be super)

We are in for a bag of charcoal, a couple 12 packs of soda, regular and diet, and some bottled water. Also will have a cooler of ice.

Since some people have posted what they plan to bring here, and others have posted in different topics, and some people have emailed me directly, I figured I better summarize the donations that we have to date. If I omitted a donation you previously told me about or if you want to donate something but haven’t informed me yet, please post here.

Bottled Water

A number of people are bringing water, but we could use a little more. We may put bottled water out at remote locations (like the Mothership cache), so we could use some of the smaller bottles of water.

We could use Diet Coke and more of other Coke products.
