which of course is…Gotta Run. He wins a hiking stick made by Team Hemisphere Dancer and donated by Seldom|Seen. I’m assuming he already has it. The prize for March is a Team Lightningbugs coin, donated by me (I think I traded for it.) I understand that Seldom!Seen has procured a valve core removal tools and is now working on removing the valve cores from all the tires on Gotta Run’s vehicles.

Just on of the many “burglary tools” I keep in my kit. Some would say they even double as “deadly weapons” but I wouldn’t know anything about that. As far as passing of the Feb prize, I still have it. Thought I’d hang on to it until I see Mike on the trail so I can beat him with it, somewhere deep in the woods…
January, February and quite possibly March…..
Gotta Run is tearin’ it up, and that’s nothing to shake a stick at 😉

I thought there weren’t going to be regular monthly prizes, in lieu of some sort of year end event like this January.

I think the previous month’s winner should be responsible for prize management and fulfillment, which, in this case, would mean gotta run could have given himself a pat on the back 2 months in a row…
Old business. Prize distribution. Trading notes with gotta run, he thought an idea I flew by him on the donor of a prize for a given month simply hold onto it and send it directly to the winner for the month it’s designated for as the prize was in effect. I can’t find anything agreeing to that so will now suggest it. Something to help take the load off Dave. He has enough to do. Overdue.
as long as gotta run is donating the prizes, it doesn’t look an issue 🙂
I think the issue may be that all the prizes awarded so far, with the exception of the Hemi Hiking Stick (which my daughter likes very much) have all come from Dave.

Yes, I have that one, and it is Julianna’s favorite. It will make an appearance at Camelot-e-que on Saturday
On the Left Side of the Road...O.K., still trying to beat a dead horse, I’ll inch forward a bit more and offer another coin for a monthly prize to the first, or second, new monthly winner. And I will mail it directly or send it via Dave, whichever works best.
