M Magazine on geocaching in early March

I was interviewed last night by a reporter doing a story on geocaching that is scheduled to appear in M Magazine — a publication of Community Newspapers in the Milwaukee area — in late Feb. or early March. The reporter also asked for names of other geocachers to interview, so some of you may be contacted. The article should be a good plug for the WGA and what geocaching is all about.

Don contacted me while I was caching in Southern Kettle Moraine. Unfortunately I missed the call, but called Don back Sunday to arrange for an interview. I had a half hour interview over the phone on Monday evening. I enjoyed discussing geocaching with him and promoting the activity. Thanks for passing my name on.

Here’s a JPG of the article on geocaching that ran in the northshore version of the April issue of M Magazine. It’s hard to tell in this JPG, but I’m holding my GPRS and standing at ground zero for my Pike Powder Hike cache.

I didn’t see other versions that were supposed to feature other geocachers (west suburbs, Milwaukee metro, etc.). Anyone else see them?
