I am currently running Vista and am having trouble with Mapsource recognizing my GPS unit. The software insists that my unit is not plugged into a USB port. My unit is recognized on the geocaching.com website and in the garmin folder. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?
OK here is an update. I contacted Garmin and they were actually able to help me!!! 😀 Their software tech walked me through every step and stayed with me to make sure everything worked correctly. Great customer service! Turns out I just needed to update my software, for free!
