The cold and snow are getting to us, and we have cabin fever to the nth degree. To combat this, we are having a mid-winter virtual picnic right here in this thread, and you’re all invited!

We’re bringing the sweet corn. What are you bringing?

      Cheeze & crackers. 😉

          Watermelon! 😀

There will be a virtual watermelon seed spitting contest. See how long it takes for the seed to slide down your computer monitor! 😯

Have I ever mentioned that my wife has a large chocolate fountain that she rents out for weddings and events? Hmmmmm… Maybe IF there was ever a WGA picnic or event up this way I could talk her into setting it up…..

I will bring two things I remember fondly from my childhood: marinated tomato/onion/cucumber salad, and a game called lawn jarts (anyone remember those? I think they stopped making them because they had sharp points.)

            I brought the dinnerware

            and the guiness

            #1900944

            I brought a 12-pack of cola.

            And a bottle of Jack.

Makings for White Russians, and a rug that really ties the room together, man. 😉
