I noticed last night that some old timers in geocaching and previous forum contributors, Commander Bob and Major Brat, are staying in the camp area right next to Area 51.

srvive and family will be at NE760. We wont get there till later on Saturday as we won’t be able to leave till Friday at 6:00 PM. It will be a truck camper, maybe on or not, a red Dodge truck.
Hope to meet everyone from WI, and Everyone have a Safe Trip!

08/06/2008 at 3:30 pm #1892866Weather for Kendallville is promising, with a chance of scattered thunderstorms on Thursday and Monday. Partly cloudy and mid-high seventies Friday-Sunday. W00t!

Yeah, well – turns out the only rain we saw was Saturday evening. A storm blew through while we were all eating at the restaurant, followed by a nice rainbow. It got the tents wet just at the point where they didn’t have time to dry off in time to pack up and leave the next morning.
Oh well, I guess I can’t complain since we didn’t see any rain during caching time.
