W received an e-mail from the manager of the AmericInn in Calumet, MI that there is some kind of event at Fort Wilkins this weekend. She did not have details and we are not finding out times etc. Anyone on here know more about it? I checked on the MIGO site and did not find anything there.

It is a state park program. Not much info online, so I’d suggest you call the ranger station.
I guess I should check here more often. I know that Team LaLonde (new UP RVP) was working with them as best they could. Unfortunately the state park called MiGO very late (too late to set up an actual event) for help.
It went much better than they expected. They tried contacting either the national level or someone who did not respond last Spring. Sounded like they only tried once. I think they are going to be looking a little more for help next time around. They did get the prize part right. Whoever put the caches out also knew how to waypoint as coord were good. The did not name or rate the caches so we told them about the system and some caching terms that they could use.
