Today’s JS features 10 unique Milwaukee attractions…
5 of them are on groundspeak pages.
The Boat House and the Auto Graveyard were my first two finds. 8)
The Boat House and the Auto Graveyard are the two I have yet to do. I’ve been to the Pryor Ave well, the typewriter birthplace and St. Joan of Arc Chapel – which should not be missed BTW. I’d link to them, but I can’t get into GC.com right now.
The ‘Safe House’ isn’t one of them? That’s just not right.
Haven’t hit the other spots yet, we don’t do much caching in Milwaukee. But we did the cache at the Safe House as our 100th. It’s here: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=e5afec9f-fad7-4ef0-a7ab-26d52d22b281 You want to talk about an “oddity”, that’s your oddity!
We had our wedding photos taken at the St. Joan of Arc chapel before we were Geocachers…..Does that count. I also went to the Prior well when I was a kid, and for that matter we would always stop to see Old Smokey also when we were down there.
