Is the only place to buy geocoins and travel bugs, online? Are there stores that sell them in the Milwaukee area?

If you keep an eye on this forum you will see that a lot of times coins will be made for events. In that case, they want you to order ahead of time so that they know how many to have made. The more that are made, the cheaper they get. Sometimes a cacher or team will have some personal ones made. In that case, it may be the same as previously mentioned or they may decide to buy a certain quantity themselves for trade, sell, or release. Instaed of personal coins, and because of he cost, it seems that more people opt for pathtags or wooden nickles. Another source to buy coins is at events. Many times at the bigger events, such as those sponsered by the WGA or GS, people are looking to sell some of their coins. Sometimes at the smaller events too, although not as much at those. I bought three at the WGA picnic last fall. You might also put a post here and ask if anybody has extras to sell.

I have coins for sale, but I don’t have a current list of my “inventory”. I’m always happy to bring them to an event if anyone’s interested. Or contact me if you want to see them and we can set something up.
