Cannot remember but assuming we are looking at the Bluewater Bay Shelter near the campsites.
Looks very similar in size and shape to the Interstate Park Shelter. With no sides to the shelter, we may wish to consider tarps to temporarily enclose.

or hope for great weather for the event. Good idea tho Chris.
Bluewater Bay Shelter for sure. We’ve never needed tarps for open shelters before, but it might be something to look into, even though it’s NOT going to rain this year.
at Bong for the pancake breakfast we did strap up some tarps to block the wind. Having those tarps available and some way to secure them would be a plus.

The way winter is going I don’t think we’ll have to worry about rain-snow most likely. Didn’t Interstate get 9″ of snow 2-3 weeks before last yrs campout?

At the Interstate Campout we had discussed purchasing a tent like the one Barry had borrowed from the fire department. Is that something we want to continue to look into?

Probably, but that’s a BOD thing. 😉
There will NOT be snow. There will NOT be rain. But, since that can’t always be guaranteed, a 30X20 tarp is pretty cheap.

I have access to about 8 of the tents, But will not fit in the Fiesta, so will not be traveling with me to Mirror Lake.
Shelter Reservations were made last year .. bad scan here of a crappy post card mailed to me ..
