I think it is great to mention people who have hit milestones in this section of our message area but I know we probably miss some.
If we have missed one of yours, please post it so we all can see how everyone is doing.
The Beast taught me about doing these recognitions as he was and still is one of the biggest motivators in Wisconsin Geocaching.
Until House of Brew figured out how to list the totals – the rule used to be – its not a milestone until the Beast says so.
We have come a ways from the days of index cards with numbers on them, wouldn’t you agree Ray?
Times have changed. I never wanted sole rights to dishing out kudos, but somehow people waited for my announcements as the official word. I am pleased that that has changed. There are so many others among us that are a lot quicker on the draw. These kudos have proven to be one of the many factors that have helped make the WGA more family-like than organizations in other states. I think that we have seen that a little pat on the back now and then will keep spirits high. Wzbt03, the Folk Trakers, cathunter and so many others have jumped in to help sustain this effort. They deserve a pat on the back as well.
Thank you for the recognition, Jeff. And keep on caching y’all.
keep on caching y’all.
Here in Crossville, TN (vacation, next week is Williamsburg, VA) I’m hearing “y’all” a lot. Just a reminder that the plural is “all y’all”. See ya soon…
