We’re hoping to get over here in the near future. We probably won’t be able to do the Eight Tiny Reindeer or May Puzzle, but we have everything else to find that way. Is it likely we could do all the rest of the caches there in daylight this time of year? We’d probably just drive over from LaCrosse and head home the same day, so that’s why we’re wondering. Thanks for any input.

In that area, there is a county park, a section of the Ice Age Trail, and the Loews Lake unit of the KM state forest. As I recall, there is a very difficult multi in the county park with a small number of other caches wedged in, a handful of caches along the IAT, and a whole bunch of puzzle caches in the Loews Lake area. In May, the Loews Lake area will be pretty wet still, so bring your boots. Could you do this all in one day? Maybe… Does it matter? Just find the ones you want and enjoy the day.

Thanks for the insight, Dave. We’re always happy to get whatever we can, actually, whether we can get them all or just some of them. It’s a great way to approach this hobby, we’ve learned. Have fun and be happy! 😀
