I don’t know what the membership numbers are for different associations around the country, but for ours to have the top event sure says alot about our members.

Wow, we are second only to “Yellow Jeep Fever” and that cache isn’t even legal [they move and are each can be potentially logged multiple times]. Then too, the rules for locationless caches have since been abandoned due to the moratorium on them.

Sleep is overrated. Proud to say we found the Yellow Jeep in Michigan. Chased it all over the city too until it stopped at a hardware store where we stalked it and snapped a couple of pictures of a dog “driving” it. Got a few strange looks from the patrons walking by. I can’t say I blame them.
WGA should be proud of the participation we got at the campout too. Just goes to show…if you plan it they will come!
Wow, that’s pretty cool that our event was #1. Besides finding the picnic caches, I’ve also logged the Yellow Jeep. I found it at the 2002 spring campout in Gov Dodge State Park. What are the odds that I log the top 2 caches at WGA events?

For the record, it was only 12:41. And I agree with Geoffnsara, sleep is overrated. But hey, haven’t I seen more than a few finds of Russ’s that were finished in the dark. I think the parks have closing hours just to keep him from spending the night there.
