Need activation code for 2005 WGA coin

I found a WGA 2005 Whitetail Deer geo coin in California the other day but it was never activated. Can some one tell me who the manufacturer was or if there is a generic code to activate?

That didn’t work. I have emailed a few folks who also have this coin to see if hey know who the manufacturer is. Have also tried a few other activation sites, no luck

I was the keeper of the activation codes and I didn’t give them out, so who did?
