Ok, i was wondering if anyone knew of a cache that is worth doing, i want something thats a hike, and worth doing, something kind of like the Three Bad Ribs,
I want to do a cache like that to mark my 1000th cache, distance to me doesn’t matter, if anyone can think of cache worth doing here in WI that would be wonderful!! thank you!

    Coastie:

If you want a tough hike but one with a worthwhile view take a look at “Saddleview Knob” which is North of Tomahawk. It doesn’t get visited often because most cachers don’t want to hike the area. it isn’t a long hike but the terrain is high.

    Quite a few I’d recommend:

    Valley Area:

    The Modles Nees 500 :>
Nifty Fifty you like water :>

    Up North:
    Albino Moon
    Echo Lake
    Crystalline
Iron Block – Very cool walk in the woods.
Speaking Softly – Very cool walk in the outback of northern wisconsin..HIGHLY recommend this one. Not overly difficult but very peaceful.

    2000 Echos :>

i will most likely be taking you up on that TE.. and i think i will do Saddleview Knob as my 1000, it looks like a great cache, and so far no body has said anything bad about it.. also looks like a challeging hike, which is what i’m looking for!

Well thanks a lot for all the nice words.
    I feel like I won a contest.

I do like to share the places I know, and the new places I find.

It’s just that some of those places are not near roads.
