I visited with the Exec. Director of Woodland Dunes Nature Center in Two Rivers today. My original intent was to get the info I needed to place caches here. Jim Knickelbine (Exec. Dir.) is very excited to have Geocachers visiting to see the sites and find some caches, which will be hidden over 6 miles of trails in a 1200 acre nature area.
On October 15th from 0800 – 1200, the Nature Center is having an OwlFest, a yearly event bringing in some 500-700 people.

Jim inquired if I would like to offer info pertaining to the sport and the WGA. Is there anyone out there who would be interested in helping out, giving short lessons on the GPS, showing people how to find a cache and/or maning a table with info??? Also…is there anything already prepared for such an occasion, so I don’t have to start from square one?
