New computer worm set to strike @ midnight

After hearing news reports of a computer virus that is due to strike at midnight tonight, we began trying to find reports on CNN.com.
Hopefully no one has gotten any of the e-mails mentioned in the report. It’s so important to know who your mail is from before you open it!

My understanding is that if you have updated definitions for your virus protection you should be okay.

Norton (Symantec) actually put protection out as of January 17th after it did destruction on January 3rd….unless this is a different worm.

Thanks for the Info CB&MB. I have Nortons too and just to make sure I was up to date I did ran the Update thingy one more time last nite.
