New game starting Sat from Caching Place

I have found everything I need for all the requirements and am just waiting to log them all. While I am waiting I am finally getting around to solving the clues. For map pieces 6 and 7 I am not seeing any code words. Am I missing something here or am I supposed to be getting the code words elsewhere? I was under the impression each map piece would have it’s own code word. Perhaps that’s not the case? A nudge in the right direction from those in the know would be appreciated.

6 and 7 are not letters but something else in the picture…-

Also #9 & 13 are a bit different as well.

Nope no such luck…I have picked 48, 28, 20 and 24 hours. Stick a fork in me : I’m done. What is the point of playing a game where you do everything right but fate shoots you in the foot. I’m a big fat quitter.

Kind of angst-y for someone who wound up 35th overall! 😉

I will be entering my 13th at 2:30 this morning. All you finishers can lay in your cozy beds and dream about me – sitting at my computer hoping the karma will smile upon me for my efforts and reward me with a decent case for once. Yeah, right.

But seriously, it’s great that the Wisconsin contingent has done so well this time! Congrats to all the finishers so far!

Oh, and can you imagine the complaints from Mr. Lostby7 if his case selection screen was like this (Pretty ugly, eh?):

OMG! I don’t think the word choise I would use if I had pulled those cases would be much appreciated on these boards…. 😯 My first several pics sucked but they got much better (they had to).

I do like some of the randomness of the positions with the cases. Though we have gotten hit pretty hard ourselves…
After 13 logs… we have averaged 23.8hrs… we have 2 more cases to pick, and there are only 2 of them left that are over 24hrs…
I picked 12hr start delay… then No Deal for our first pick because I only had one cache logged (was at the badger game) sunday I about 4 or 5 caches, but picked No Deal again to avoid a middle of the night pick.

our last pick was 32hrs 🙁 before that was 4hrs 🙂 but that followed a 34hr pick 🙁
I only had 4 picks under 12hrs… and two of those were 8 and 7 in a row (made for a 1:30am log time)

So, while our average is right around 24hrs, it has hurt our position quite abit because of the bad luck of having 6 of our picks 30hrs or more.
I can’t log until 11:45pm tonight (at least I don’t have to work tomorrow)

But it is all in fun. Though I’ve heard the coin is very expensive.

Wow – $20 is rather painful, but it does include the custom engraving.

At least playing the game is free (unless you count all that gas I used)! 😀

One more requirement to go and I can’t do it until tomorrow morning. Then finally I can concentrate on other things – like Christmas or whatever….
