Hi all this is Ryan “rytanium”. I’m based out of Neenah and would just like to know if there are any other geocahers/ events near the area upcoming that would help me become better at the sport?

    Hello Ryan!
The easiest way to find events here is on the left side of the screen under “Upcoming Events”. Any events that are posted on Geocaching.com will also be there.

Lots of cachers from the Valley are here often. I live in Neenah, Town of Menasha.

April 26th we are hosting a CITO (Cache In Trash Out) along hwy 10 between Brillion and Reedsville, Just tonight a new event posted for June in Appleton.

Stop here often, contact me and follow us on the WGA Facebook page.

Welcome Ryan. I am in Appleton. There are a lot of good caches to be found around these parts. This is a good place to connect and ask questions! We are all here to help!

Are there days that people get together to geocache. I would just like to learn some of the “tricks of the trade”.

Thanks for asking that and hopefully we will have a program in place where a Mentor volunteer in your area will be able to help you and go caching with you to get you more familiar with the game. Mr. GreenThumb and I are working on that and I will be sending him my ideas after I post this. If all works out…we should have the program in place by the Spring Campout over Mother’s Day Weekend at Mirror Lake State Park.

Welcome to one of the nicest ‘sports’ around.
