New WGA Officers

We held our “big” board meeting this past Sunday. In that meeting we elected new officers:

Greyhounder – President
Zuma – Vice President
Jeremy – Secretary
Buy The Tie – Treasurer

We had a very productive meeting.

One of the main topics was BOD transparency. Expect to see some changes (and the minutes of the meeting, of course) in the near future.

As for the comment about transparency, this will be nice. I thought about posting, asking if we could at least get a quick synopsis of what happened at the meeting. To be honest if the minutes were posted my eyes would glaze over after page one, and a lot of people would have about the same level of interest. But some quick, to the point ideas of what’s going down would be great.

There will be minutes posted soon, probably tomorrow. (I had to do some business traveling which delayed my typing them up, and they need to be approved by the Board before being published.)

I’m making an effort to condense down the 6+ hours of discussion into something that is not too long and boring to read…
