Yes, it’s a cool and educational place.
Basically designed to teach students, contractors, etc. about how to adapt a home to work well for both people with and without special physical needs … plus it’s also semi-self-supporting as a B&B, with I believe very resonable rates. H.O.M.E. stands for “House of Modification Example”.
I got to tour the facility a couple years back when our company was helping them apply for grant funding for solar equipment.
