We are now accepting registrations for the 2004 WGA Geo-Campout. Check out the new WGA event listing/registration system here!

Because this is a completely new registration system, there may be some problems or questions. If so, feel free to post them here or contact me at [email protected].

Also note that the Board decided to charge a fee (reservation fee) for camping at the group sites this year ($8/night). This fee is to ensure that the cost of reserving the campsites is covered.

While this reservation fee must be paid prior to the campout, we currently don’t have a way for you to pay it online. The goal is to have an online system to allow you to pay your reservation fee AND buy campout t-shirts via PayPal up in a couple weeks. There will also be an option to pay by sending in a check… again, watch for details at a later date.

Had minor trouble with registration. wanted to register as Hotdogs Off Trail, but the program would only recognize my nickname, not team name. If you can change Jeff to Hotdogs Off Trail, please do. Thanks.

As Jeremy indicates, one minor change from the previous years, we decided to charge a small fee for the camping. An $8.00 fee will charged per family/unit camping with us on the groups sites.

Last year, we asked for campers to voluntarily donate equal to what it would cost to camp on the normal sites. This year we decided to charge a small fee, to make sure we receive enough money to pay for the sites.

So far it cost the WGA $140 to reserve the sites for 10 people per site. If we max out the sites with 50 people per site, we will be paying an additional $90.00 per night for campers. If you do the math, you can see we are just hoping to break even with the camping fee.
