Now accepting reservations for the campout

If you missed the thread in the campout section, we are now accepting reservations for the 2004 Geo-Campout at Hartman Creek SP. You can find the registration form Here

One minor change from the previous years, we decided to charge a small fee for the camping. An $8.00 fee will charged per night, per family/unit camping with us on the groups sites.

Last year, we asked for campers to voluntarily donate equal to what it would cost to camp on the normal sites. This year we decided to charge a small fee, to insure we receive enough money to pay for the sites.

So far it cost the WGA $140 to reserve the sites for 10 people per site. If we max out the sites with 50 people per site, we will be paying an additional $90.00 per night for campers. If you do the math, you can see we are just hoping to break even with the camping fee.
