now THIS is an ammo can

My big Ammo can wasn’t pretty enough, so I did something about it on this rainy day.
Looking a little better? What’dya think?

The paint color is “Italian Olive”. It’s as close to a military olive green as I can get. It shows up as gray in the picture.

Just did ICE BERG and it’s the biggest ammo can we’ve run into yet. Waiting to find the NEXT biggest can.

The ammo can…..a thing of beauty, especially this one.

One thing I want to do is replace the rubber under the lid. The rubber on this can is probably 40 years old or older. I’ve been keeping my eyes open trying to find a good thick piece of rubber.
