…and an obvious noob, but I need some information.
How or where can I find a listing of the most recent, newly hidden caches here in Wisconsin? I’m not really one of these “first to find” freaks. I’d have no problem being #2, 3, 8, 10 or whatever. I just want to know which ones are newest and where I can find them listed on GC.com
06/26/2008 at 11:56 pm #1891403Go to the recent log page and where it says log type, Select Published. Or you could go to your account on GC.com and over on the right hand side click on newest in WI
06/26/2008 at 11:59 pm #1891404on the GC.com home page, on the left hand side menu bar, Hide and seek a cache. on the next page at by STATE: use dropdown menu to find Wisconsin and it will list the new caches, though it will not be by distance from home coords or anything like that. just by date of hide. but it is a start.
hope that helps.

06/27/2008 at 12:13 am #1891405Another place on your GC account page is on the right. You can click on “from your home coordinates”. Or what I normally do is click on the filter out finds if I want ones closer to home that I may have missed when they were published.
06/27/2008 at 2:22 am #1891406I’m surprised that no one has pointed out that you can click a button on your profile settings on GC.com asking it to send you all new caches within a specified radius straight to your email as soon as they are published. That is how the FTF hounds get them.
06/27/2008 at 2:25 am #1891407See? I knew that there had to be a ridiculously easy answer to my question. I just had no idea where to begin looking. Thanks to all of you for your guidance!! Have a Safe and Happy 4th of July!!!!!!!

That is only a “Premium Members” Feature.
There use to be a GC.com map that showed all new and old caches in Wisconsin(Well, think the whole world) but has since gone into hiding. -
