Ah… I actually caught a few of those, but that one slipped by.
GC3740 has logs going back to 2002, so that one is a little more reasonable. πŸ˜•

Not sure about that one, since it’s not in my county. πŸ˜‰

I believe this is the oldest cache in Green County (GC6670) placed in 2002. There is an even older cache(Placed in 2001) about a half mile north of this one, but I believe it’s just over the line into Dane County.

Hey? Where’s the thanks to me for giving Team Black Cat the inspiration for making that list? πŸ˜›

All kidding aside, much thanks to TBC for making that list. I should be able to get Oconto and Brown County this week and we’ll see what happens for the other 69 counties that I have to get yet πŸ˜‰

    Way to Go Todd300!

    LOL. Thanks, Mathman.

Not to change the subject, but when are you coming to Marinette and Menominee to do the mission Impossible series? I’ve seen you post a couple notes in the final of that series.

Too many challenges… I just re-read the Wisconsin Counties challenge and Virtuals ARE allowed, so a few more changes need to be made…
Who’s idea was this, anyway? πŸ˜†

It’s kind of cool idea, though. Thanks Todd and Brian for taking it on. I was surprised just how many of these we’ve found, too.

How about one including virtuals and a bookmark w/o virtuals!

πŸ™„ I actually have The Rock in the list. I just confused Green county with Green Lake county.

Thanks everyone for the help so far, but can someone tell me what two counties are still missing besides Menominee?

Yep! Thanks to Sandlanders and everyone else that has helped clean it up. I think it’s done. If a virtual (or mystery) is the oldest cache in a counter, I included it, but also the oldest cache with a container.
I guess I could go through and change the bookmark names to the name of the county which would make it easier to find, but I’ll do that later.

Thanks, TBC. When you complete the county name on the bookmarks, I’ll make a PQ from it.

Much appreciated from your hard work.

Thanks for making the list!! Very cool….kinda weird that the first in my county(fond du lac) was placed on 9-11-2001.

Thanks again, I will try to find a bunch on the list.
