      For some reason yesterday both Firefox and IE will no longer work on my laptop. I can open them up, but they both close and I get that “send error report” box. Anyone know why, or more importantly, how to fix this?

      Thankfully, no problems with the Mac, but there’s a lot of geocaching related stuff that I do with the laptop, and internet access is needed.

        Big, huge thanks to my hero, my saviour — the computer guru — for all your help (even with a lack of sleep) to get me back on the internet with my laptop!
