About when will this one become active again? Just trying to think ahead to our spring break. If that’s too early, no problem. We’ll just head another direction!
Thanks for taking it on for coastiegirl so all of us can continue to have the “experience” of those who’ve gone before. As a birder, I know I want to get there before nesting season begins, LOL.
Or wear a throwaway rainjacket from the bank!
Hey, No problem Guys. Not sure exactly when. I do want to wait untill all the Ice is gone. They actually pulled a photographer out of the water at the exact spot on the 21st of Feb. She lost her life after stepping out on a “Ice Shelf”
As soon as it is back up, I will post here. Last year it was on 3-22-08.
When is your spring break?
Thanks for the kind words.
Justin
Now Justin has a sense of humor … but not black. I hope!
Sense of Humor Check!!
But, I do want people to be aware of the dangers of that cache in the Winter Months. I went out to retreive it in early december, and there was already about 4-5 inches of radial ice on the rocks out there.
Be careful. Don’t want anyone to get hurt, while attempting this cache.
Justin
Justin.
We’ll defer to your judgement. Our break is just after last year’s “re-opening,” so we’ll just watch for it and have a couple different options available.
No problem. I’ll let you guys know first.
