Parking in La Crosse?

My elderly mother is driving to visit us in a couple of weeks. I’m going to meet her about halfway between her home in northwest Iowa and our place, so we picked La Crosse. Does anyone know of a safe place to park her car in the LaCrosse area for about 4 nights? I checked with WisDOT but there are no state park and ride lots in that area. If you have any ideas, please send me an email.

Other than that I might consider A UW-LaCrosse student lot.

Something some of my family members have done in the past is to have the manager of a local chain hotel where you live contact the same chain in another city, in this case LaCrosse and ask permission for someone to leave their car there for a couple of days.
Usually the professional courtesy between managers will do the trick. Plus picking a hotel you frequent when traveling is a nice way to close the deal.
