Don’t think I didn’t see that. π
I was going to say that now some of the songs are in my head, a defenseless casualty. 8)
07/18/2009 at 3:01 am #1908707Cachers who take what’s in an encrypted hint and directly reference the hint in their logs. What the point of encrypted hints then?
07/18/2009 at 11:23 am #1908708The fact that even though there are many parks in these parts that don’t have a single cache in them, most new caches that are being put out in this area are in signs and guard rails or otherwise within 5′ of a road. π

…or when it says…”you don’t need a hint”, or “don’t look here for a hint” or some happy little saying just because they know you’ll look. Like cheeto said “what’s the point β “…cause, I always look!
08/11/2009 at 3:38 pm #1908710People who never learned from the adage “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all” when logging caches and feel the need to pepper their logs with criticisms on the hide, container, placement, writeup, puzzle, attributes, etc. etc. etc.
ESPECIALLY when said people have thousands of finds but no hides of their own (or only the obligatory 1 or 2 or 3 hides to satisfy old seed cache requirements).

On the Left Side of the Road...08/22/2009 at 4:57 am #1908716A number of years ago, I walked into a Sears store at a now defunct shopping mall, and the day after Labor Day, they had Christmas decorations up already. That was when I realized just how commercial the holidays had become.
08/22/2009 at 5:24 am #1908717Not my pet peeve, but just a peeve:
Hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent on very nice paved bike trail along Hwy. R in Wausau. Why do some people still choose to ride their bicycles on the roadway?12/01/2009 at 11:34 pm #1908718My pet peeve are people who posts photos in a thread that are too large, forcing me to scroll side to side to read a message. All it takes is a few seconds to downsize a picture before posting. Thank you.
