I have some photos I was going to add, but I’m not sure if it is good policy to post pictures of the kids holding the cache or the hide location even though I won’t be disclosing the locations. The pictures won’t give anything away in my opinion, but at the same time I don’t want people having a fit that even though there are a million trees like that out there and you’d have to have a good memory to remember the exact tree.
So I thought I’d ask though before I upload them here what your thoughts are?
Thinking of making a poll to go with this, but not sure how to phrase the exact questions and the answers.
At Trekkin and Birdin one of your caches would be shown, but it would be a container only, so I’ll be keen to here your thoughts.
If you’re not giving away any of the “surprise”, go for it. If there’s something unusual, (container, hide style etc.) then keep those pics for yourself.
It doesn’t bother us in the least. Any at our locations, post away!
I have many photos of caches and cache sites in my album. No one has ever complained. My only suggestion is that if there is a unique location or container, you may want to ask the cache owner first, which it looks like you’re already doing.
