Picnic Committee Named

The WGA Board of Directors has appointed the following people to serve on the 2009 WGA Picnic Committee: KSpud (Karl Spadgenske), Da Bloodhound (Gary Glancy), bnb (Ruth Holiday), Team BlackCat (Brian Kling), JenHen (Mike Hendrickson) and Hayward Cheezehead (Chris Romnes).

Thanks for volunteering!!!!! The picnic committee members will have access to the picnic committee forum and be empowered members along with the 9 members of the Board of Directors to plan and develop the fall WGA Picnic at Lake Wissota State Park September 19th.

Please thank these folks for stepping up to the plate and assisting us, and if you have any suggestions for the picnic, you can make them here, or to any board member, or to any of the picnic committee members named above.

A big thanks for taking this on everyone. Not sure if I will be able to make this event but I’m sure this group will provide a great time for all who do attend.

Thanks to the volunteers. I will not make the event due to a Scouting event that weekend but I am sure it will still be fun without me there. 😉

Well, we WILL be attending the event, so we are grateful for all the work this committee has done and will be doing to make the day enjoyable for all. And with Cheezehead on board now, you can be guaranteed of good weather for the picnic this year. He has the “gift”. 😉
