Picnic Committee
- Formation: Committee will be formed within one month of the conclusion of the previous event.
- Purpose: Planning our Annual Fall Picnic
- Membership: Minimum of 4 Volunteer Board Members and Volunteers from the WGA Community.
- Conducting Business: A specific Picnic Committee Forum will be set up for all committee members to use in planning of current and future WGA picnics.
This committee will be the event planners and will be responsible for putting on the entire event. There will be times as in the past where we will ask for volunteers to help with certain aspects of the event such as hiding caches.
We are looking to fill out our committee with WGA Members and Friends who wish to be part of the planning process for our annual Picnic.
The first item of business for this committee will be to choose the location and date for this years picnic.

While I’m sure many of you would be willing to serve on more than one committee, we are currently asking that you choose one committee on which to serve. If the need arises, we will revisit this policy.
