We are counting on picnic goers for donations of needed items. We will be needing donations of charcoal, soda, water, ice, and coolers. Please indicate here if there is an item or two here that you are willing to donate to the picnic. We appreciate it…it is because of generous donations that our event go as well as they do!

I will bring a couple of cases of water already cold and packed in a cooler. I’ll watch for other donations and see what else is needed before posting more donations. (hmmm…how about a nice Hawaiian punch?..lol!)

We will not have room to haul any extra stuff … but plan on throwing in some cash, you may put it towards charcoal if you wish.
We have all the plates and flatware left over from the Mother of All Breakfasts. We will bring those along.
We’ve volunteered to bring charcoal and starter. We haven’t been to a picnic before and we’re wondering how much to bring.

Just bring a regular sized bag of charcoal (sorry I don’t use charcoal so I don’t know what size they come in, but basically we don’t need a big wopping sized bag!)…and we will also have a big propane grill as well.
