We’re looking forward to another great picnic, this year at Devil’s Lake. The park manager has given his blessing for the event!
If you didnt notice on the registration page, we are again seeking a few people willing to bring charcoal, bottled water, and sodas. If your willing to help out, please let us know.
We’re also looking forward to having some cool door prizes. We are considering forming a committee of people interested in soliciting for door prizes. If you are willing to help out, and or have contacts that can help, please let us know.
Devil’s lake is a beautiful park and one of my all time favorite State Parks. There lots of scenic views and beautiful trails.

Greetings all,
The picnic is fast approaching. We are looking for a few creative cachers that are willing to help place caches for the picnic. If your interested, let us know. We will further coordinate with you via email.
Also, as the Beast mentioned in another forum, we are looking for volunteers to help solicit door prizes. Perhaps you have the gift of gab and can sweet talk people into donating. Or, perhaps you have business contacts who would be willing to donate. If your interested in helping out with the door prizes, let us know.
The Lil Otter is heading the cache placement committee. If you want to assist in hiding temps, post here, or contact her directly at: [email protected]

Just a note. Last Sunday while gathering for the temp hides, we were informed by a park ranger that dogs are not allowed in the area of the shelter or anywhere on the South Shore unless being walked through on a trail.
So..Hotdogs Off Trail will be dogless for the picnic. Just wanted to toss this out. See you all at the picnic!!!
