Received email contact about this and wanted to feel out the BOD to see if this would be something we would want to put out for the Membership to respond to. Other requests I have posted without polling but this being a corporate venue I thought it prudent.

    initial email:

I saw a pitch at Washington County fairgrounds and thought it would be a great topic to pitch at our family health fair. Please call or e-mail me if you know of someone. Thanks.

    my initial reply:
Bob, can you give me dates/times for the fair. I know that the WGA has many folks that are willing to talk up the sport but summertime can be a busy time so any extra info you can give would help me inform those who may volunteer.

    His response:

Fair is at GE Healthcare in north Milwaukee (near Brown Deer). Address is 8200 W. Tower Avenue. Fair is being held July 27th from 2 to 7pm. Free food and drink for vendors. Need to let me know if table, chairs, electricity is needed. Fair will be held outdoors weather permitting, with contingency plan to move indoors if necessary. 500 GE employees at our facility. This is a family fair, so employee family members are invited. We will also be inviting our next door neighbors, Ball Metal Beverage Containers and Derco. We are expecting approximately 500 people to actually attend if weather is decent. Additional details on logistics will be sent out a week prior to all vendors.

If there are any other questions before then, I can please feel free to contact me. Thanks.

    Regards,

    Bob
