Ok, so is it over the cliff or not? I’m determined to find this cache in a few weeks when I go up again but I need to know if I should kidnap a friend of mine to go with me.
Hi Decrepit, If you look there are areas where you can decend the hillside safely. I didn’t feel unsafe finding the cache, but my GPSr was bouncing around a bit so I can see why you may feel that it may not be safe to decend where your GPSr may have been telling you. If you use the clue, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding the cache. It’s about half way down the hill, under a small ledge. It’s a great spot to enjoy, even if you don’t find the cache.
Thanks, I saw the ledge, but as you said, it didn’t look safe to go down there. I’ll try again in a couple weeks. I always hate those DNFs!
