June from 2CraziesMSN was seriously injured while geocaching on Sunday, August 31. She is currently in the ICU at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, and will be transferred to Madison as soon as she is stable. If you have a positive thought or prayer to spare, please send it their way!
09/03/2014 at 9:49 pm #1976947We’ve reached out them, as we’re close by and I can’t imagine dealing with something like this so far from home. Dave said the breathing tube is out and they’re trying to get her blood pressure down. They know we’d be happy to provide support in any way we can…I think positive healing thoughts would be great. Thanks for letting everyone in our geocaching family know.
09/04/2014 at 10:23 pm #1976948Not good. Hopefully they can get back to MadTown as soon as possible! Thoughts and prayers with June and Dave.

09/05/2014 at 6:55 pm #1976956Most of us know June as wrongway Junebug. We just hope that she will find the right way and get better soon.
09/05/2014 at 11:22 pm #1976957She was at Nelson Drewry State Park at a overlook and while taking picture she step on a rock and slip and went over the edge. Fell about 15 feet down and then rolled about 100 feet down the hill. Had to be airlifted to La Crosse hospital. She is improving every day.
09/05/2014 at 11:35 pm #1976958Please give June a hug and let her know we are thinking of her. Hugs to you too Dave. We know you will take good care of her and we hope she continues to improve. It will be good to get her closer to home.
09/06/2014 at 12:21 am #1976959Thanks for the update on June, Dave. Sure is good to hear that she keeps improving.
Also glad to know that you weren’t having her doing any Evil Monkey caches. 😉09/06/2014 at 12:43 am #1976960My prayers for a full recovery…always a sad day when something happens to someone in the geocaching “family”.
