i love getting new software. and then learning how to use it. now if i just had the time to go out caching!!
I have been using CacheMate for about a year now and it is great. I have a VERY old palm IIIxe and it is slow merging and searching when you get over 750-1000 per database. I solved that by having each area in a different database and it works fast. The newer units probably do not have this problem. It is a very stable program and I have only had one crash and it was with an older version.
Then I use GSAK to upload same pocketquery to GPS, but I usually filter out the 4-5 difficulty caches.I have run into a problem with my GPS filling up with lots of caches, it only holds 1000. Does anyone know of an easy way to mass delete old waypoints for a Garmin Ledgend?
