If you use Pocket Queries to get GPX files in the email to use with GSAK or CacheMate or GPXSonar or Spinner, etc you should be aware of a change in their behavior that could result in your not getting them.
Recent pocket query emails have the following statement:
Please note: Due to the recent issues with the Pocket Query Generator, you will need to click on the link at the end of this email to re-run this query a week from today. This is a temporary solution until we can speed up the Generator.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
I noticed this because I automated my process and never read the message. But then I stopped receiving the messages and the little check marks in the PQ grid started to ‘go out’.
They did this because the PQ generator is so overloaded it cannot serve all the requests. This change is the equivalent of poking you with a stick to see if you are still alive (and want the pocket query).
