I bet it won’t take long to fill out the rest of the way. Our vote is to wait it out.
Lets wait until the players are all filled up so the ante is complete. Tis will be even more fun once everyone gets started on the actual card game.
BillThank you to everyone who replied to my question but I have decided to close the signup period at 12:00 a.m. on Friday the 17th. You can view how much time is left here. I felt that this would be enough time for any interested cachers to find it and sign up. The cache will be removed after the time expires and the rest of the game will begin. The first code cache is scheduled to begin on the following monday. Thank you again to everyone who signed up to play. I will see you at the camp out.
We made it in before you closed this great game. My friend, Heather, and I are teaming together in this cache and playing against another team-up of my boyfriend, Hunter66 (Dennis) and my brother, Mike, besides the rest of the poker players. I noticed a log mention a campout. Is there a weekend we should put aside for a meeting of all the poker players?
Glad to see some last mintute players. Yes there is a campout, but it is not just for the poker players. You should find lots of information about it on this website. Try looking here. Hope to see you.

A couple weeks ago someone dropped off my Travel Bug “Sgt. Thrax and the Cache Patrol” in the poker cache. They are guarding it right now, but I am concerned that the cache will be retrieved with them still in it.
Team Rusch, could you please check for it when you go to retrieve the cache? If it is still there, can you make sure it moves on? Thanx

Please note the evidence:
-Water’s Edge cache: Cache was fine while they were there. They leave, and weeks later the cache is rendered useless.
-Nobody broke into your house the two weeks you had them there.
– The poker cache has had numerous visitors, and is becoming quite the huge stash. Nobody has plundered it. Sgt. Thrax and his men are there.
How ’bout we just assume they are innocent until, well, something suspicious (at LEAST) happens?

First card claimed!
No, I am not going to tell you everytime someone claims a card. However, I thought that I would this time to bring you attention to the Current Leader box on the poker page. Check it out, see who is in the lead, what card they have, and how many chances they have left to improve.
Another thing I should mention occured to me while talking to Brian at the Camp-out. The players should check out the order of winning hands link on the poker page. The order most people are familiar with is for five card. The list I have is the actual order for three card. Some of the order is different and to avoid confusion later you may want to see where the hands stand.

So far I have had 15 people sign up to play the game. The last card I believe was in oue of the temporary caches at the camp-out. If you know if someone claimed this card could you let me know. Or if you found this card could you please fill out the sign-up form so I can remove it. Not a huge problem but I am running out of space on that page. I didn’t realize there was a character limit on the long description.
