If this is the way you choose to log: In your word document (Microsoft Word or whatever program you use), type up an initial log. When done:
Press the two keys “command and A” at the same time. This copies what you have just typed.
In your next log, place your cursor in the area where you want to place the same log information (cut and paste) and press the two keys “command and V” at the same time.
This will place the same log information that you copied.
You can then choose to modify a log if you like by adding something additional into the pasted log. ie. “Had 6 sasquatch cross the trail in front of me.”
Next time you log and paste, the original log you used remains the same until you copy a new one.
