Private message issues?

I sent a private message to another member today, and was notified that I have a response.  When I go to my message box, it indicates a response from the person I messaged, but all I can see is my original message in the “message thread.”  Clicking on things brings up nothing new.  Help!

From what I am able to see on my end is that it does not look like there is a reply to your message yet. Also currently looks like the intended recipient hasn’t read the message yet either(potentially, not always accurate)? Not sure if that helps or not?

Thanks for checking….very odd.  I did manage to contact her through another channel.

I got the message and replied. It just showed up today again as unread. Both times showed successful in yellow as very rarely do we get PMs on the site anymore. Very strange.
