    The Q*bert Challenge:

Level 3 (GCP7X6) has been placed for three weeks, waiting to be found. There is only one question to answer: What distance does Q*bert move per jump, in inches.

If you choose to accept this challenge you will have one week to solve the puzzle from the cache approval (listing) date. The math is difficult, and you need to use your finest problem solving abilities. You need to know basic geometry, and the math taught in the classes you took before that. After one week, I will post the first part of the solution and lower the difficulty accordingly. You (and anyone else who accepts this daunting task) will then have three days before the next part of the solution is posted, and the difficulty dropped accordingly. Every three days another hint will be posted.

    BONUSES!
If you solve the puzzle before all the hints are given out you can log two finds! (Assuming you find the cache also!)

    But even better:
The fist person to find the cache wins the First To Find Prize! After your signature on the log is verified, you can either claim the prize, or make me try it out!

Click the pictures to enlarge them, or for huge sizes: FRONT / BACK

Can you rise to the challenge?

NOTE: As this is an announcement, the cache may not be approved yet.
