I’ve got a quick couple of questions…. I’m signed up, I paid $22 for a t-shirt and a camping fee, am I ready to go? I realize this might sound like a stupid question, but I’ve never done anything like this before. Also, my little WGA friend title thing, does that matter? A person doesn’t need to be a member to attend this right?

Yep, this event is only open to Wi Residents.. Just kidding Guy!!! You will love the event. They are great. It doesn’t matter if you are a friend or a member. Heck, you do more in the state than some Residents do… I think Linds and I will sponsor you to be a WGA Member!!!!!!!

Remember that you will need to also purchase a state park sticker while at Hartman Creek State Park. Offhand I don’t have resident & non-resident rates (someone will help me here!) You can purchase an annual sticker, or daily.

    Hi Brett,

Yeah, there is one more thing ya got to do, since you are from out of state. It is in our unofficial by-laws that ya got to buy a beer for the next WGA BOD member ya happen to see.

BTW, see ya tommorrow!!!!!! (I prefer Leinie’s Red)

    Hey Ralph,
Very funny… I know that hazing isn’t in there. But as the member of the ‘8 Nads Crew’ with the fewest finds…… The first round is on me :).

Hmm. I thought it was the first former WGA BOD he saw.

    I prefer Leinie’s Honey Weiss. 😀

I thought it was for the first guy that you see that you don’t even know.

I like my beer cold and free.

    Sorry Brett,

In rechecking the WGA bylaws carefully, I see that Ruth and Team Hemi Dancer are both correct also. I guess the fine print reads you have to buy a beer for any WGA member you see for the rest of your natural born life.

All I can say is “Thanks, we are looking forward to our cold beer.”

    😉

Well I’ll buck the stereotype about Wisconsinites…..My interpretation of the Bylaw was that he must buy a cold beverage….not specifically beer; that said make mine a diet coke.

Maybe we are going to play rock/paper/scissors for that beer. I’ll even buy you one back
