Question about Premium Member at Geocaching.com

Yeah, we’re slackers in not becoming a Premium member until now.. But I have a question for those who have subscribed to it through Pay Pal. How long did it take before the subscription ID propgated to geocaching.com that it accepts it when clicking to subscribe? We did it this afternoon and keep getting an error that says it’s not in the system and/or we already activated it. We check our profile ‘as others see us’ and it does not indicate a premium membership. I’m going to wait awhile before trying again and/or contacting someone at geocaching.com, but just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this ‘delay’.

Oh don’t I feel like a newbie. I just found the answer to my question. I’ll paste it here incase anyone happens upon this ‘problem’ also.

Answer
If you paid by check through PayPal, the Subscriber ID number will only be valid once the payment has cleared your account. Depending on your method of payment this can take up to 5 business days.

Please try your Subscriber ID again once the funds have cleared your account.
