The 2012-13 WGA Picnic to Picnic Travel Bug Race was a huge success, so we’re doing it again.
The starting flag was dropped at the WGA Fall Picnic Event on September 21. Racers were registered at the event and sent on their way.
We will be using the TB-Run website again to track the racers. If you registered for the race at the picnic event, watch your email or GC.COM messages for a link and password to enter your bug in the race.
The rules have been changed just a little bit from last year. We will be counting only the LONGEST jump by a single geocacher for each racer instead of just the first one. Complete rules can be found here.
The race will run until a September 13, 2014 which will give us enough time to tally the scores before the 2014 WGA Fall Picnic event.
I like the rule change. The first rule wording on TB-Race needs to be changed as it read the same as last year. I am including the same verbiage on my TB’s page and tag.
I am having a friend translate it into German for me also.
Is the BOD adding everyone or what is the password so we can add our racers? 😯

The emails went out today. Thanks TBC! So hopefully soon everyone gets set up so the trash talking can begin!
And you aren’t kidding, my bug wouldn’t have won last year’s race if it weren’t for Lacknothing.
