GC11RNV is one of the best caches I’ve every done.
If you kayak/canoe to the second part, take a few minutes to see what the hikers experienced. The hike at the second part is mind-blowing.
There is also a Terracache nearby, if you cache on that site.

This looks just awesome. Is the water high enough for a canoe? Otherwise, I have a non-caching kayaking friend who’d be game to do it!

I’m a land lover, so I’m just guessing. I wouldn’t canoe it unless there has been alot of rain, or during springs meltdown. It doesn’t look very deep at points 1 or the caches final areas.
I’ll be glad to be your tourguide if you want to take a stroll… 😀

I’ll put in a recommendation for a multi-stage cache near Platteville, called “What’s a Benchmark?” (GC2VRV2) by AltDawg. Takes some work to get through this 3-stage multi, but it’s definitely worth the time.

I usually don’t chase multi’s. I’m not even certain why I chose this one to try to find, but I’m glad we did it.

      iowaPete 🙂
